Sounds like the car is running very rich. You either have a vacuum leak or the mass air flow is bad. You may want to have the codes checked. Take the car to autozone and have them run an OBDII scan on the car. See what codes you come up with. From your description, it sounds like the main problems are being produced by the mass air flow readings.

Reply to OnlineMechanic's Post: Thats what i thought but wasn't sure. The reason i unplugged the mass air was because i was driving and u couldn't keep the throttle at one place u had to give it gas or let off then when u stopped it would load up or shut off.
The mass air flow readings are bad, you may want to try cleaning it first. Also have the codes scanned to verify , what is going on. If the Mass air flow is bad you most likely will get two codes alongs the lines of P0172 and P0173 or P0171 and P0174. If that is the case, the mass air flow is bad.
