Hey jokelma-- Simple job. The hood is heavy, so have a friend help hold it while you change them. There is a small metal clip at each end of the hood support, use a small screwdriver to pry it out of the groove. Do the same on the other end of the support, and pull the support from the ball it is mounted to. Now push the clip in to the new hood support(if it didn't come with a new one) and use a hammer to gently tap the new support onto the ball mount. Repeat this for the other side and your done.
