pickup: wiper motor assembly..all the bolts..disconnected..disengage

This answer was rated:

I am replacing the wiper motor assembly on my ''92 1500 model pickup. got all the bolts off and disconnected the wiring, but I can''t figure out how to disengage the part that connects to the wipers through the fire wall. What''s the trick to this? Take off the grill?
You will need to remove the top grill to get to the nut that bolts the motor to the wiper assembly, to remove the wiper arms I believe you need to pull the arm up and there is a tab near the base where they are attached if you pull that out they will come right off.
