2004 Suburban: low range..I push the 2 wheel button it flashes

Resolved Question:

My 2004 Suburban is stuck in low range. Is it the accuator or something else? When I push the 2 wheel button it flashes for a short time and that"s it. I tried moving forward and backward, neutral and park.

HelloCustomer

This condition could be a failed encode motor(part that shifts transfer case) or a shift control module. The place to start would be with a scan tool that will read powertrain parameters & codes. There will probably a failure code to indicate the circuit problem.
