Customer Question

I am replacing the rear brakes on a 2005 Kia Spectra. The caliper will not retract by turning clockwise. How do I retract the caliper?

2004 title Kia Spectra 2.0

Already Tried:
Turning caliper with pliers clockwise, removing parking brake cable, & tried to use pressure to retract

The caliper retracted some but not enough to fit over brake pads.
