This light will display when the vehicle detects any faults that are present with the VSES (Vehicle Stability Enhancement System.) Since the light is on there will be a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) stored in the vehicles pcm. This DTC will tell you where the fault is coming from. The first step would be to get the vehicle scanned with the appropriate scan tool so you can find out what the DTC is. With this code you can then make the proper diagnosis of the problem. It could possibly be an issue with a wheel speed sensor/wheel bearing assembly. Usually when a wheel bearing goes bad it will set a code because the wheel speed sensor and wheel bearing are one unit. Like I said though, get the vehicle scanned to see what DTC is coming up so you don't end up replacing unnecessary parts. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.
I don't want to lead you in the wrong direction because there are over 50 related DTC's to this system. Like I said before without finding out exaclty what DTC turned the light on, you will only be guessing, which leads to wasted money and unnessary repairs. Just to give you an idea of how many possibilities you are dealing with here is the list of DTC's. AGAIN the first step would be to get the vehicle scanned.
