97 Olds Bravada: the power seats and power door locks do not work

This answer was rated:

I have a 97 Olds Bravada and the power seats and power door locks do not work. i replaced the silver looking fuse and it still won''t woek. The fuse is very hot to the touch - any suggestions ? - thanks Joe
I will give you two places to look for the problem. The boot between the drivers door and the pillar and under the carpeting in the car.You will need to remove the drivers seat and some trim to lift the carpet. There is a wiring harness under there that goes to the seat and various other items.
