I need to get some more info in order to try and help you.
What all has been done to this truck recently?
When did it stop running, and do you have any idea why?
How did you verify that it is getting fuel and spark?
Have you checked compression?
Have you verified timing?

Thanks

Reply to Not a mechanic, a Technician's Post: well I have gotten a timing kit done and tune-up, I was able to crank the car prior to about 10 minutes ago, I had someone turn the ignition and I pulled a plug slightly alose to verify spark and checked fuel by fuel line valve, I havent checked compression or timing
Expert:  CarQuestionGuy replied 8 years ago.
OK then you should check these items:
Compression
Timing (to be sure that the timing has not slipped)
Fuel pressure

Then let me know what you find.
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
