Hi Racer,that indicates the catalytic converter on that bank is not capable of cleaning up the emissions. It is a good idea to check the fuel and ignition system before replacing the cat. converter. If the engine is not running correctly it can happen again. I would check the engine state of tune,and clear the codes and try again. I have seen the code come up,then not re appear.
