2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee: power seat..power mirror is not working

Resolved Question:

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee - the memory for the power seat is not functioning and the power mirror is not working. Any idea what migt be wrong?

Out under the hood, in the big fuse juction block, check fuse #2. It is a 20 Amp fuse. Lets start here. Let me know what you find. JHoop.

I did check - the #2 fuse is a 40AMP. I did not try replacing - is this what you are suggesting?
