my fuel lines are frozen the car will crank but not turn over i live in an apartment and do not have a tarp or extention cord to run a blow dryer on the engine or fuel lines

hi keith-ill try and help you with this-about the only way you can unthaw this car is to get heat to it-either by getting it inside a heated garage-or by using a salamander type of heater(you can rent one)-short of this theres not much you can do-after you get it thawed out put in some dry gas to get rid of the water in the fuel system
