Your sebring can use 5W30 as long as the outside temperature doesn't exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit, or it can use 10W30 as long as the outside temperature doesn't drop below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. 5W30 is recommended for reduced engine friction and better fuel economy.

Also it is recommended the oil meet ILSAC standards, basically with this logo stamped on the bottle:

Your vehicle should hold about 4 1/2 quarts (including oil filter change). Synthetic oil is not necessary, but recommended for even better lubrication qualities, especially if you're bad about changing your oil every 3,000 miles.
