2002 camry: idles too low, it accelerates..stalls..idle speed

My 2002 camry with the 1AZ-FE engine idles too low, it accelerates just fine but almost stalls when you take your foot off the gas. How can i raise the idle speed.

The idle speed is not adjustable on this engine.It is controlled by the computer. The is an IAC valve that controls the idle speed. Before replacing any parts,I recommend removing the air intake at the throttle body and cleaning the throttle plate and bore with some throttle cleaner,it is like carb spray but designed not to harm the coating in the throttle body.
