I have a 1996 Gallant. The alarm system is very sensitive, and I would like to disconnect it. How?

Is this a factory or aftermarket alarm?

What does the remotes say on them do they say mitsubishi on them or automate or something like that
Reply to Cardoctor74's Post: This is no remote or keyless entry - only a door key.
Well then thats the whole problem you need the remotes to fix this problem
Reply to Cardoctor74's Post: I can set the alarm by locking the doors, but it (the alarm) is VERY sensitive. It seems even a slight breeze sets it off. It as older car, I just wanted to disconnect the alarm. That is what I am looking for.
Ok you need to ind in the under dash fuse box the secirity fuse and remove it this will disengauge the alarm or their is a little black box under the left side of dash and you just need to remove the connector to it
