Call your local Mopar garage, there should be a tag in the glove box with a key # XXXXX it tag should be on the inside of the door(glove box) If this fails go to a auto parts store and they have a socket that goes over this key and can remove it with out destroying the wheel

HART ARE YOU STILL THERE?
