2000 Oldsmobile Alero: that is misfiring on cylinders..coil..housing

This answer was rated:

I have a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero that is misfiring on cylinders one and four all the time. I have replaced the coil housing, insulators, plugs and the ignition control module. It is still misfiring...is there anything else I should check?
The injectors. 1 & 4 are tied together, remove 1 with it running and see if the other cylinder comes back ,then do the other side. You can't ohm it - too much current draw and it will drop both out.

Reply to Frank's Post: I unplugged one injector at a time and neither cylinder started firing....what do I do next?
Fid you change the IDI housing? It's the part that either black or white that the coil sits in.
