We will take it back to the dealer and see if this fixes the problem.

1993 Nissan Quest, Speedometer worked irraticly then quit. Replaced Vehicle Speed
Sensor,(VSS), as was recommended by manual, but still does not work.
Is it the Transmission Control module or a problem with the spedometer itself?

APPLIED MODEL:
1993 Quest (V40)

SERVICE INFORMATION

If the tachometer and/or speedometer is not operating in the applied vehicle listed above, check ground connector M60 to see if it is loose. The ground connection may have been improperly assembled or there may be weld slag in the cage nut preventing proper seating of the ground screw. Refer to the illustration for location of the ground connection.
