2001 Grand Prix: Fuse Panel Behind Glove Box..engine compartment

Resolved Question:

2001 Grand Prix Low Voltage At Fuse Panel Behind Glove Box On HVAC\DIC and HVAC CTRL all other fuses have 12 to 13 volts.These only have 6 to 8 with no fuses in slot. I have check the relative fuse in the engine compartment and have plenty of voltage there. I have reviewed the electrical schematic but can't find anything to cause the voltage drop

Both of those fuses get the voltage from the ignition switch.They are both on the ignition 3 circuit.Check to see if one of the wires on the ignition switch is showing the same low voltage.If it is replace the ignition switch.
