What does the code PO137 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Volts mean? It is bank 1 sensor 2.

It means that the sensor behind the convertor is not producing voltage properly or being read properly.Usually its a bad O2 sensor but could be in the wiring to the sensor or the PCM.I would change the sensor and have the code cleared and see what happens.
