The torque specs are as follows (you need a torque angle gauge to tighten these fasteners):
Main caps: 37 ft/ lb + 77 degrees
Rods: 15 ft/lbs + 75 degrees
A cautionary note:
Something sticks in the back of my mind about the intake manifold tightening specs being critical on some GM V-6 models; I know it is applicable to the 4.3 engines used in the SUVs. On those engines, incorrect tightening of the intake bolts would occasionally lead to block distortion severe enough to cause front main bearing failure; GM had a TSB out on the problem. I cannot locate any such TSB applicable to your engine, but you might want to follow the intake torque specs pretty closely just in case...
Those came from Alldata; Ive never had any accuracy problems with them...
good luck! :)
