You need to check for the 3 basices to determine which route to take from there,
Once you know which of these is dropping out, you'll know which system is failing.
The fuel pump only runs for 3-5 seconds every time the key is cycled on so if you just turn the key then off for 15 sec, then back on, it should fill the filter and stop at the correct pressure. Once the pressure is uop, try to start the truck and watch what the pressure does. It should stay righ at that pressure. Have you trioed to spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid down the intake while trying to start it. that would confirm you have a fuel problem if it started. Also, be sure that spark is staying there after the truck initially starts. Youy could usen an inline spark tester to confirm that. They are pretty inexpensive to buy. Here is what the noid lights and spark tester look like.
