Your problem is in the quality and installation of the brakes. Your rotors are probably too thin to resurface again so you'll have to replace them this time. Replace the pads with a set of ceramic pads and coat the backside of them with some black moly grease or whatever grease may come with the pads. This will solve your problem permanently.
Be aware that the rear brakes can make noise in those Chryslers also. Wash the shoes with soapy water and then take a small grinding disc and scuff the shoe surface until there is no shiny spots left.
