MY DNX9980HD WILL NOT TURN ON COMPLETELY, IT SHOWS INITIAL KENWOOD WELCOME SCREEN AND THEN TURNS OFF, DOES NOT KEEPS ON AND FOLLOW TO MENU SCREEN, INSTEAD IT TURNS OFF AND COMES BACK AGAIN TO INITIAL WELCOME SCREEN AND TURNS OFF AGAIN AND AGAIN... IT KEEPS DOING THIS OVER AND OVER ....
HOW DO I SOLVE THIS ISSUE?

Don't know the age
It is that way when turned on. Always worked fine until a couple days ago. It has not seemed to get connected or turned on since.

Hi, good morning, unfortunately this indicates an internal memry IC failure that will require service.

The best place to have this fixed is Sears, or Best Buy.

You can bring it to one of them (whichever is closer) for this service, it can take up to two weeks to get it back ;-(

But they do excellent work and they are fair priced and honest ;-)
