This is not a computer related question. It's about a car

Customer Question

This is not a computer related question. It's about a car audio installation with amps, sub woofers, etc and I need some help in making a decision as to what I want. It has to be high end stuff. My problem was I bought some equipment from Crutchfield and as you may or not know they send their components to 3rd party installers. Well in Waco I had Jacks do it and I have had to take it back 5 times because it cuts out. I gave up so I spoke with an installer named Carlos at your Waco store and I want the whole thing ripped out and start from scratch. What should I do in making my decisions? Really upset about Jacks.

Customer: 1995 Jeep Cherokee Ltd
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No I have not
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No I don't think so

If the sound system is cutting out then:

1. the equipment may be faulty, or

2. there may be a loose connection or bad ground connection somewhere if the cutting out is very intermittent.

3. the wiring may not be able to provide enough power if the system cuts out when turned up loud.
