JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Jvc kw- nt700
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: 4 days I disconnect the battery it still do same thing
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?

Please clarify what you mean by "freeze" - are the buttons not responding?

The buttons both on screen and real won't respond

Ok, this can sometimes happen if one or more buttons is stuck.

With the system turned off, when you press and release all buttons, do they respond normally?

Ok, so the electronic contacts under the buttons are either sticking on, or there is a malfunction somewhere else.

You can take the system to a local JVC dealer or return it to a JVC service center for repair.
