Customer Question

I have a 2007 Cadilac purchased new with a bose radio that has rarely been played. Recently when I turned it on the radio played but the information panel did not light up. Could this be a bad fuse or what?

Hello, my name is Rusty. I don't think it's a bad fuse, if you're getting sound, then you're getting power to the radio. Do you have the radio code that was used when the radio was first turned on? If so, disconnect power from the radio (pulling the fuse will work just fine) for one minute and that will reset the deck. Tell me the results.
