Hi, I’m Louie. Sorry you had to wait awhile but I’ll do my best to help.

Initially, try the Kenwood with no speaker wires connected. Then perform a RESET. With still no speakers/wires connected test the Kenwood if symptom would persist.

The above would be the only easy user doable tries. All others would require the use of a multi-meter on the internal circuits.
