We have a DNX 7190HD, in our used vehicle. We are attempting to setup Sirius with lots of issues, and during the process of trying to get that to work, we now have no sound from any device- USB, Radio, CD.....any clue why?

Initially, hopefully just a setting/configuration concern.

Have you considered / tried a RESET of the Kenwood?

A reset is both a test and a try of a fix. As it implies, a reset would force the unit to revert back to factory defaults removing glitches and config errors but would include memories, presets and user preferences. After a reset, the initial setup would have to be performed.

Ok we did a reset and the same problem. Power to the unit and to the amp- no sound

And as posted above, the reset was also a test. If not corrective, then it would most likely be an internal hardware issue with the amplifier.
