Customer Question

I have a auto Pioneer AVIC-02 GPS/Entertainment system. The screen touch points have slowly migrated to about a left of the button that one is trying to press.
I had this problem several years ago, and you sent me instructions on calibrating the touch screen, but I cannot find what you sent me.
I have reset the unit, and no results. Will you please resend the instructions that you sent me previously.

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue you are having with your device.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) Would that happen to be the AVIC-D2 system (vs. -02)?

If so, I have a link to an article that is very detailed about how to calibrate the touchscreen.

>> Click Here for article <<

Please give that a look and see if that works for you.

If it does work, I recommend either

- printing the main instructions out and put them somewhere you can get to them, OR

- saving a bookmark on your computer so you can access them in the future - OR

- do both.

Please let me know if that works for you or if you have any more questions.

If this has answered your question(s), please take a moment to rate MY service level (5-star is my goal) so that I get credit for my time helping you with this question.

You should see some "stars" to do that, but please let me know if you do NOT see them (you may have to scroll UP or DOWN) or can not use them.

Thanks, ***** *****
