I bought a shark motorcycle audio system and was hooking it

Customer Question

I bought a shark motorcycle audio system and was hooking it up to my atv and mistakenly put the negative on the positive and blew the fuse...I replaced the fuse but now the radio comes on but no sound and you can see the countdown on the music chip...

Hi,
My name is***** will try my best to help you with your question.

Some damage may have been caused to the audio system before the fuse blew, or it may have been defective when you bought it.

You should check if the shop will cover it under warranty.
