I am not getting power to the line output converter, or to my amp. I have the right side front and rear (+) wires connected and the right side front and rear (-) wires connected to the corresponding LOC speaker inputs. The same with the left side.
I have remote ground hooked up to the LOC Output to the amplifier, and I have the RCA's running to the channel B input.

Are you using the stock or an aftermarket radio? Did you run a wire to the remote terminal on the amp?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I am using stock radio. I have ran the the remote wire to the amp
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
The speaker wire from the harness to the LOC. The remote wire to the amp, and the RCA to the amp. Those are all the connections I have to the LOC
