Depending on what year.......You posted:from a Lexus, Cadillac or other new cars with factory radio/navigation systems in them .Most Vehicles made after 2001 uses DATA (BCM) to operate the Radio, Navigation & other Components in the UnitSome Vehicles use 2 or 3 different Components to have Navigation & other Amenities.......By the time you were to try & install 2001 & up Unit, with the BCM & needing a Speed Sensor, GPS Antenna & other Modules, you would be better off installing Aftermarket, because MOST Factory Units need Dealership Programming & getting a Dealer to Program Newer Radios in a 1983, will almost be "0" to find.
