Vehicle Year, Make, & Model?
Was the Unit working prior?
How long have you used this Unit?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
2005 GMC Yukon
It was working just fine a few days ago.
I have had the unit about 7 years.
Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 1 year ago.

thank you for the added info............

You need to remove Unit & test the YELLOW & RED wires at the Unit Plug for Voltage +
You will need a Test Light or Volt Meter
IF you do not have either, Test Lights are relatively cheap at most Automotive Parts Stores
Let me know if you need further
