OK Sometimes, antivirus and firewalls can interfere with updates. Please close magellan content manager. Disable the save bytes software. Then run content manager again and try to update the device.

Do you have the latest version of Content Manager?

Disconnected your device and reset it. Restart your computer as well. When the computer is back up and running connect the device back to the computer and try again.

It is possible there is an error on the Magellan server side causing a problem with the map download. But lets rule out a couple of things. You may need to try the update again tomorrow to rule out the server issues.
