Model Number of the Kenwood??

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
MOSFET
50ws4 is all I can make out
The error is E04
Expert:  Don 'Mo Lurch' replied 1 year ago.

I'm sorry....E40 OR E04 can mean a number of different issues on different Models
I need the Model Number
Typically found on front of face, Owners Manual or Chassis Label
MOSFET 50ws4 is not a Model Number

thanks

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
That is the number on the front that I sent you.

Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,

Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...

Initially, bear with us; re-confirm and post back with the complete model number of the Kenwood. "...MOSFET 50ws4..." is a product description not the model number. A Kenwood model number would be something like KDC-W5541U.

Still, on most Kenwood models, error code E-04 refers to the fault as described HERE. All others would be an internal hardware issue

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have already put that on this thread. I have solved the problem myself by searching on the internet. It is more than 3 days since my original am question and request a refund.
