Hey man, i just hooked up a new Sony XAV-65BT to my 2010 VRX Lancer, the display works perfectly but i dont get any sound at all :(

Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...
Initially, are the speakers directly connected to the Sony XAV-68BT? ...or is there an external/add-on amplifier?
Still, consider/try a RESET. Other proposed preliminary checks (if have not been tried) with the use of a multi-meter on:
• if there is an external amp, then ensure that the Sony's blue/white wire is connected to the amp's remote trigger terminal;
• if the speakers are directly connected to the Sony, then with the unit turned OFF, check the speaker's resistance on the white & white/black wires as well as the gray & gray/black;
• do the same for the green & green/white and the purple & purple/white.
Please post back results / observations of the above once tried.
