IF you have the "THEFT" Light showing & have only "one" Key, then you will need use of Dealer Scan Tool or equal to test & Program the PATS ( passive anti theft) Unit & Key.
The Key has lost communication with the Security Module.
IF you have "2" Keys, try the second one after apprx 15 minutes of the vehicle being left "undisturbed"
After 15 minutes, Unlock Doors & try second Key.
IF it still shows "THEFT" then use of Dealer Scan Tool or equal is needed to Program "both" Keys to "MASTER KEY"

Many Mobile Locksmiths will do this also.
Just be sure the Key or Keys is Programmed to "MASTER KEY" so this will not happen again
