Hi there,
This is a wiring problem.
Ensure the radio gets it's power supply from the ignition live wire, not the vehicle's 12V supply.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok. But how can I identify those wires
Expert:  ElectronicsPete replied 1 year ago.
Let me know the make and model number of the vehicle?

Red and yellow wires goes from radio and conmects to wires from car. But the car wires after connector are both red and white.

Ok, the red wire from the radio is the permanent live feed and should be connected to the car's 12V supply.
The yellow wire from the radio is the ignition feed, which you will need to connect to the car's ignition live wire.
You can test the wires for 12V when the ignition is turned on. If there isn't a wire already in existence in the wiring loom, then you can run an ignition-switched live wire from the fuse-box.
