i have the JVC KW-AVX746 installed in my car and it has worked fine for about 7 months but now the GPS doesnt get any signal at all, i can search for a location, it loads in the top left corner of the screen to 100% but then that top left section goes blank.This just happened out of no where, i did nothing different and want to know how to fix it because i use it every day.

hello, im going to try and help you out, firs thing you should try to do is go into the settings and find a GPS status, this will show how many satillites you are picking up, if you are not recieving satilite signal, it can be either ....the antenna has become unplugged from the back of the radio,or the antenna could be bad. please check this out and let me know.

yes i did and there is no signal
Ok you checked the back of.the radio too see if the antenna was unplugged?
No I haven't checked this, how do I check the back? Do I need to take the whole thing out? And then how do I know what's what?
