Many times the only fix will be by Dealer or Shop, so please do not hold that against me.

If I put it all the wat down it goe3s blank ?

Typically this is the "ribbon cable" between the Unit & the Screen.
Repair is needed to replace the Ribbon Cable
It is in your best intrest to contact Rosen for the Repair.
You would need to remove the Unit & ship it to them

If you try to repair yourself & have no experience, you are taking a chance of damaging the Unit, as the Unit & Screen needs to be disassembled to get to the Ribbon Cable
