Thanks for stopping by.

This AVIC-HRZ009G "Carrozeria" unit is designed and engineered for the JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) only.

There are no instructions or firmware in any other language. The Japanese alphabet uses special characters and the on-screen characters are actually picture (icons).

Sorry, but there is no way to change the language for these particular radios.

Thanks!41084.9617516551

Ok.

What replacement pioneer system or systems would you recommend that would be an easy swap, with similar features?

These sytems are designed as (factory) Double DIN sized radios.

Any aftermarket Double DIN sized radio will fit with the proper wiring adapter.

I recommend sticking with Pioneer's AVIC line.

CLICK HERE to see Pioneer's 2012 lineup of nav units.

The most comparable being the Z140BH - but it has many more features than the Carrozeria.

Another comparable unit is the Kenwood DNX series - CLICK HERE to see. The Kenwoods unit use Garmin navigation maps, and are a little more user friendly.

Thanks!
