My Avic F900BT is rebooting consantly and gets stuck in the reboot process. I was told to use TESTMODE file to reset it. I don't know what those are or where to get them

I have already researched the problem myself and solved the problem. I am totally disappointed in the lack of response. The fact that you want payment right away, up front, before you have provided any value to the customer is annoying. The total lack of an answer is unacceptable. I expect my money to be refunded immediately.
