Hi Michelle
Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only... Initially, could the USB/iPod be selected using the SRC button? Additionally, is the clock displayed even with the key off the ignition switch?41084.9700292824

Thank you for the post back.On "...initially the ipod could be selected using SRC button...", but now no more? Was the battery of the car removed at any time during the 6 weeks?41087.4750986458
yes it was but it was after the problem began
I understand and it would appear that for some reason, the Initial Settings of the Pioneer has reverted to default where the AUX & USB / iPod were turned Off. Please reference below instructions. Please post back how things turned up and/or should additional information be still needed. Please note: An accept, 3 stars or more / smiley face rating would be appreciated. I have the manual with me and i have been through all the settings i can but the head unit will not recognise the ipod no matter what setting is selected on the head unit. It simply is not an option. I will go through PIONEER and try and sort it that way
I understand.Hopefully, an alternate approach may still be available. I have opted out.Good luck with the Pioneer. This is not an Info Request.41088.4046176736
