My answer may not be to your liking, but is a correct & honest answer.
Many times the only fix will be by Dealer or Shop, so please do not hold that against me.

how do I reset it?

If there was an Error shown, then the likelyhood of a "Reset" is not going to help
a) To perform a Reset, disconnect the Negative Battery Cable for apprx 5 minutes
NOTE: Disconnecting "may" cause the Unit to Lock & Unlock can only be performed via Dealer Scan Tool
apprx 1/2 hour labor

b) To perform a "Hard Reset", remove the Radio & unplug completely for apprx 5 minutes
Reconnect
Wait apprx 30 seconds for the Unit to Initialize
Turn Key On & Press Eject for CD's

c) To remove CD's that are stuck envolves the dismantaling of the Mechanism, which is not recommended.

d) You can opt for Repair, Exchange or Replace & the Shop that does that will send your CD's back
apprx $ 265.00 - 345.00 depending on shop & parts

e) If you decide to Exchange or Replace, you can typically find the same Model Unit On-Line, E-Bay, etc. for less than Repair, "but" you will need Dealer to "Program" the New Unit

apprx 1/2 hour labor

if you need further, please ask............
