Many times the only fix will be by Dealer or Shop, so please do not hold that against me.

Couple of ways this can be done.
The Lead to the Satellite Antenna is pretty long.
a) You can remove the Satellite Antenna & Lead. Fabricate a Plate to seal hole in Roof.
Remount Antenna to Cowl & run lead to it:

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Lower the rear portion of the headliner as necessary to access the underside of the satellite antenna.
3. Remove the B-pillar upper trim panel.
4. Remove the B-pillar lower trim panel.
5. Move carpet to access cable.
6. Disconnect each end of the cable

b) Purchase another Satellite Antenna & Lead >>> CLICK HERE (or from Dealer)
Mount new one on Cowl & run Lead to Satellite Reciever behind Glove Box.
Unplug Factory & plug new one in
This would be much easier & cost effective
