Hi, my name is XXXXX XXXXX will be assisting you today. I have several years of Professional Training and Hands On Experience under my belt and am dedicated to giving you the best Answer/Advice possible for your situation.

Here's how this works: We will go back and forth exchanging information about your problem until a proper diagnoses can be made. There is no extra charge for replying. Please understand that for some cases, the problem cannot always be resolved by a magic button or at a consumer level, but know that as a Master Technician I have experience behind all my Answers and have already done the trial and error for you.

Lastly, please know that I am only compensated for my time helping you when you indicate that your satisfied with my efforts by giving me a 3, 4, or 5 Star Rating. A 1 or 2 Star Rating will leave a permanent Negative Mark on my Rating and shouldn't be taXXXXX XXXXXghtly. If you need to reply back to me, please use the "Continue the Conversation" link to do so.

The 2 Blue wires coming from the Head Unit is the Remote and Power Antenna Wire. The Blue/White is the Power Antenna most times. The Antenna should only have 1 wire coming from it if it's powered. The Antenna portion itself is a standard Black Cable that plugs into the back of the Head Unit. Let me know if I can be of any further help and please remember to leave a 3+ Start Rating. :)
