Not sure of the "older" Sony Model Number, but typically the wire colors will be the same as the Pioneer, unless it is older than 1994

Should be able to :
a) follow each wire of the Sony & connect the same color wire from the Pioneer
or

b) If the Sony wires are not the same colors & the Sony is connected to Factory wiresI can post the Factory wires

this is Factory wire colors "IF" the Sony was connected to them

NOTE: there are "duplicate" colors that are used for different components & can cause damage if connected wrong
BROWN this color is used for the Rear Speaker & the Lights
YELLOW this color is used for Ignition + & Rear Speaker
GRAY this color is used for Speaker & Lights

Constant 12V+ = Orange
Switched 12V+ = Yellow
Ground = Black
Illumination = Gray

Front Speakers;

Left Front (+) Tan
Left Front (-) Gray
Right Front (+) Light Green
Right Front (-) Dark Green
Rear Speakers;

Left Rear (+) Brown
Left Rear (-) Yellow
Right Rear (+) Dark Blue
Right Rear (-) Light Blue
