The manual said to contact a technical support before returning a product. It appears we have a defective product we bought at BJ's. The Magellan Roadmate gps receiver is suposed to connect to the car cradle; however, the car cradle does not fit the receiver as pictured. Also, the connection wire does not work correctly. I have to pull out the wire and reinsert the wire into the receiver each time I start up the car. The serial # XXXXX There is another number on the receiver P/N:(NNN) NNN-NNNN001 1610.
