my jensen vr187 does not work, no power, I tested the power supply with a meter and have power. The radio lights up when I turn on the headlights.

The Jensen vr187 has known issues with the internal power supply. But it may just need resetting (crossing fingers) since the display is active.You have to use a straightened paper clip to reset the unit. There is a small hole at the lower left by the Volume knob. Recessed in this hole is a reset button. Press and hold it for 5 seconds and re-try.Let me know what happens.Thanks!bluextc8940493.6384670949
