We have a Garmin205W. During recent trip it stopped speaking.

Resolved Question:

We have a Garmin205W. During recent trip it stopped speaking. Also once in a while it would have you on a direction course, and all of a sudden show you to turn the opposite
direction that you know is wrong. Is there an internal battery that needs to be replaced?
We have misplaced our directions and are frustrated to find an answer.

We would really appreciate any help you could give.

Hi there is battery but it does not affects unit if it is plugged into car . try to reset your unit and restore all settings . Here is your manual
